Restructure. The Group likes to restructure at least once a year. They have been doing this for the last few years. In a lot of areas they only like Yes people, not people who raise potential risks, inefficiencies etc as that creates more work for leaders who simply don't have the staff with the relevant knowledge to do the work.

To venture out to something different. Suncorp provides alot of movement within the business so there is always opportunity to move around the company. If you leave it would be to do something totally different.
