The team were very effective at what they did and their was a great team culture and veryone was supported.

I did struggle with this role as I had had limited exposure to motor cliaims previously.

call centre environment with little obvious organisation

extensive training, good penalty rates, casual dress, however lots of angry customers and unnecessary KPIs. Generally approachable staff, however sometimes monitoring feels overbearing. Not enough desks for staff so everyday is a fight for a computer.
