Unfortunately Suncorp BANK management is quite unstable and is not staff focused.
However, within the INSURANCE sector they really care for their staff and development.
Sadly the Company is AWESOME to its customers but treat its staff poorly.

call centre environment with little obvious organisation

extensive training, good penalty rates, casual dress, however lots of angry customers and unnecessary KPIs. Generally approachable staff, however sometimes monitoring feels overbearing. Not enough desks for staff so everyday is a fight for a computer.
