Team leader needs to learn how to take new suggestions on board. Hours only get given to people that are friends with the team leader. Team leader needs to learn how to listen to everybody not just one person only listening to what they what and adding stuff in to tell the TL.
Staff are Under valued and not paid appropriate allowances

This not for profit company are All about profit! The employees are not paid the allowances they should be under the Schads award. Employees are treated like numbers and the H.R staff would have to be the Rudest people i've encountered in a long time. The H.R manager needs to be put out to pasture - very long in the tooth and seems to forget that the CSW's are the ones responsible for her having a job.
