I believe Sunnyfield is a good workplace to learn and improve while learning doesn’t cost you at all. Sunnyfield always has open doors for who is willing to assist people with Disabilities. It gives you a chance to share your kindness with the clients.
Team leader needs to learn how to take new suggestions on board. Hours only get given to people that are friends with the team leader. Team leader needs to learn how to listen to everybody not just one person only listening to what they what and adding stuff in to tell the TL.

Employees are treated like numbers and the H.R staff would have to be the Rudest people i've encountered in a long time. The H.R manager needs to be put out to pasture - very long in the tooth and seems to forget that the CSW's are the ones responsible for her having a job.
Got to know the different clients, work culture and people. A day start with helping clients with their PC, medication to day out in the community, participation in different activities or relaxing at home
Assisting people who require support to complete a normal day in their life. Assisting people to work towards reaching their goals or aspirations through active support and teaching them independent living skills in achievable steps.
