Caustic management makes this a miserable place to work

Employees have been fleeing this place for the past two years. Raises have been nonexistent, and the cost cutting measures management has been instituting leave no budget for necessary staffing or other expenses, yet execs are showered with gifts and lavish trips to Mexican resorts. Workload constantly increases while headcount shrinks. All the focus is on sales, even when the margins are low and the products don’t even exist yet.
