Avoid, unless you are desperate
If you are capable, there are hundreds of better places out there that will have you in a heartbeat without the unnecessary stress and headaches that this place will bring to your life. The manager will tell you anything and everything to get you through the door and then turn on you in a heartbeat. The list below explains your future day to day life if you wish to ignore the warnings:- From a tech POV, management has no idea what they are doing. Entire IT functions are currently outsourced to more capable MSPs. Soon the entire department will be outsourced also.- Silo mentality across the board and departments.- Awful management, especially in the SYD office. - Micro managed daily - Employees operate on a lower brain frequency than most - No trust - Non-existant HR - Presenteeism - Office politics and nepotism - Old boys' club and very cliquey - Living in the past - IT systems are years behind industry standards - No training, processes or documentation - No respect for your time or respect in general - Contractors get treated like dirt

Toxic environment with bullying starting at the top
The work isn’t hard and the money is great. There are some good people but they are usually ruined after a year or two. The culture is incredibly toxic and bullying is an accepted practice and used by management to move people they don’t like. Nepotism is a very big part of the culture and if you want to go far with the company all you need is a mate with connections.

Great place to start a working career
Work hard & make good money, plus you can work up the chain of command if you show leadership & have good work ethics . Plus the added bonus of working for local farmers and helping our economy

Overall very good
Bullying on a daily basis, manager dismissed it , Team Leader bullying a good worker who did nothing to warrant this, everyday . Job is good, pay is very good, majority of people very good, people who smoke have very long smoko.
