Not the best place due to Managment at the site I worked at. Some resistance to change and taking responsibility for safety. Operation Staff were good to work with - Senior Management at the NSW State Level were difficult to work with

My time spent working for Swire cold storage was a great experience as the staff were equally as great as a working team aswell as keeping good moral within the workplace.

This place was the definition of nepotism.

Who you know, not what you know in this place. If you're not a relative or a family friend you'd better be a "yes" man. Was sad to see the place run into the ground.

Physical hard work, no real customer contact, Financially very rewarding based on reward for effort

Very physical work with no real customer satisfaction. Management were very fair but wanted more hours of overtime every day. Generally a good group of employee's. Salary was very good with a weekly bonus system rewarding hard work
