A tad cliché but nonetheless - overworked and underpaid
Airline Service Agent/Ramp Agent (Former Employee) –  Sydney NSW26 September 2018
Lack of recognition and reward - excelling from one position to another is met with a non-increase in pay and an increase in work load. Also, the hours are sporadic which means an inconsistent pay check every fortnight.
