It is ok to gain experience but do not stay much time there

Worst management ever

I can't even describe how badly managed this company is. They are useless at communicating, pay is rubbish, workplace is not safe and training is not actually training - they just give you the answers to the questions and then sign you off - that's it. Not surprising so many people move to other companies, and also not many move to Swissport. coincidence ? definitely not.

After that, as a driver looking for a tug which has been ' allocated' to you which you're meant to ask management to find it and their response is 'go find it yourself' as they are too busy sitting around. even turning up 30 mins early doesn't guarantee you anything. you'll be chucked on two flights at once due to seve...

Badly managed unsafe work place

Swisport do not train you right from the very beginning and then blame you for mistakes they failed to teach.They have buses that are dirty and unsafe to drive with multiple malfunctions and no proper paper work that follow transport guidelines Management is confusing and hard to reach , HR never respond back to complaints . Good people, enjoyable work, bad management

Strangest place I have ever worked. Constantly fight for hours because company hires new people every week to try and make up for the amount of people leaving (reasons below)Managers tend to threaten jobs when things aren't running smooth.Uniform barely provided.Many people stuck to one job and not cross trained to make workplace more efficient.Bizzare.
