i would go to the local shop to collect the fresh bread and milk,open up the shop and turn everything on make sure everything is clean and tidy.i am the cook so i prepare myself with everything i will need serve customers by myself for 1-1/2 hours before manager/ co-worker arrives to start shift.i make orders as they come.to get a break from the heat i would swap and make the coffee and take orders. i have learned how to use the coffee machine, work the till, work well by myself. my managers/co-workers are very friendly, fun to be around. the hardest part would be that there is only 3 of us and it gets busy very quickly. most enjoyable part is seeing the regulars and remembering what they have.
