Good work life balance. But low pay and bad management. It’s hard to progress your career here as it’s a Huge company. But good for visa holder I reckon

lot of bureaucracy

This company is generally good and provides a sense of job security. However, it can be very difficult to switch to other roles. If you have contacts and a network within the company, you may be able to find some luck. Otherwise, it will depend on the resource management team once you hit the bench or cooling period. If you don't get a project in a while, they may lay you off.

TCS doesn't care about employees, only about their profits

Lots of work is there with continuous pressure. You have to work on weekends as well. Even when you finish your full work and complete everything, managers will expect you to work till 7-8pm. They won't give you good bands and will constantly blackmail you to work extra hours or you will lose your job.

Secure organisation with wide range of projects available across the globe. Stable C suit management, and steady inflow of new projects. Has it's pro and cons based on your role and access in organisation. Hard worker in the room keeps working hard.

Good flexibility but remuneration is very less for the existing employee

Good flexibility but remuneration is very less for the existing employee. Learning and exposure to technology wise its good, although its varies from Project to Project. Health insurance for deputed employee in Australia is a big plus.

No work life balance for people coming on onsite opportunities. You earn more and you have to be available 24/7 if you are in onsite. And people think you come onsite to earn more salary and work ever

ProNone, not a good company to work, very bad practices.ConsThey are not very nice people and they will keep pushing what they want and make your work life very unhappyThey don't pay you properly and make you sweat it out until the end and after leaving you have to keep running behind them every couple of days for your final payment, they are horribleManagement doesn't have enough experience in managing peopleWill be set unrealistic goals that can't be achieved such as recruiting people into the companyAdvice for managementManagers should learn kindness and build relationship with staff and set realistic goals.Management style is too aggressive and pushy, not the right way.Don't hold back staff members pay, when they leave the company, its not the right thing to do.

TATA as a group is a very prestigious brand. It is a large conglomerate and there are ample opportunities to grow and learn. Very strong in training and development. Your work and the balance will depend on the client and the project you are joining. There is no scarcity of role or opportunity within the organization. Salaries are decent and depends on how much you can get at joining. Annual growth are average based on your performance and various other parameters

Long distance an long hours great

It is a good place for the people who are looking to learn more and challenging place who likes to gain a grip on IT technology. TCS has an amazing brand value with well recognized customers. The company has high global exposure. An associate working here will experience flexible timings (depends on the project as well). The company encourages associate interests with the help of regular career plans. For a fresher, it is a very good company to start with.. The growth of learning is very high in the beginning.
