Mostly worked in Production Support. Work Pressure depends on the criticality of incidents raised by clients. But support of seniors and team lead has always let me handle the work pressure smoothly. Morning Tea, Month End Lunch, Team Outing, Celebrations during festival season gives lot of relaxation and fun at work.

Good flexibility but remuneration is very less for the existing employee

Good flexibility but remuneration is very less for the existing employee. Learning and exposure to technology wise its good, although its varies from Project to Project. Health insurance for deputed employee in Australia is a big plus.

ProNone, not a good company to work, very bad practices.ConsThey are not very nice people and they will keep pushing what they want and make your work life very unhappyThey don't pay you properly and make you sweat it out until the end and after leaving you have to keep running behind them every couple of days for your final payment, they are horribleManagement doesn't have enough experience in managing peopleWill be set unrealistic goals that can't be achieved such as recruiting people into the companyAdvice for managementManagers should learn kindness and build relationship with staff and set realistic goals.Management style is too aggressive and pushy, not the right way.Don't hold back staff members pay, when they leave the company, its not the right thing to do.

Overweight, nepotistically managed off-shore IT company, surviving off captive BPO clients & strength of parent 'TATA' brandname.

Overweight, off-shore IT company, with very vanilla 'me-too' service offerings, nepotistic management structure, minimal delivery governance and very loose contractual obligation/ best practice standards compliance monitoring processes. Essentially surviving off the business of long-term captive BPO customers and the stronger global TATA brand name of the parent company.

Cons

Overweight, slow, inefficient, vanilla 'me-too' service offerings, nepotistic management structure, minimal delivery governance and contractual best practice compliance processes.
