Productive and fun workplace

Expected to tolerate being overworked, underpaid and abused

In my experience, I was expected to tolerate abuse from the children, families, coworkers and school staff. There was a lack of communication in all areas and I did not find that I was fairly compensated for the work I did, the workplace culture was extremely toxic, and felt I could never do enough to satisfy their demands, and was asked to work outside my job role to an extreme. Don’t expect much

I have heard worse things from other employers. You are lucky if you get to stay at one school permanently without moving around. There’s a lack of communication within HR staff, one person says one thing, another says differently.

Great support & ability to evolve within the company.

A great place to work, with othe like minded educators. Plenty of hours available as an educator, longer hours over school holidays for educators. Opportunities to up-skill and move in the business are plentiful and encouraged .

Underpaid and overworked.

Services are struggling without adequate staff and HR is focused on cutting costs and increasing service locations.Staffing is incredibly rude and unhelpful.Holidays are choas and most directors aren't even aware of the paid breaks the award entitles everyone to have.Employees are not appreciated whatsoever.
