We know it's never fun waiting for a response to an application, so we try to respond as quickly as possible! Our process includes submitting an online application, an interview (1:1 or group), reference checks, then onboarding. This can take anywhere between a day to a week (and a lot of it is driven by our applicants!)
We try to make it as straight-forward and pain-free as possible for people, as if you loved admin that much, you'd have applied for an administration job!

We try to be as flexible as possible, as we believe work should compliment your life, not take it over!
Our hours vary depending on a range of factors, such as the role, attendance numbers, business needs etc.
Our Before & After Care programs generally operate 7:00am - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm, and our Holiday Programs 7:00am - 6:00pm.
Our full-time Director of Service positions have flexibility in the admin hours, and it's working with your team to figure out when it's best for you to work these hours in to your week.
Our HeadQuarters staff are flexible in their hours also, and offer flexible work locations also.

One of our core values is being Innovative, and this comes across in our interview process also. Don't want to sit in a tiny room facing a panel of interviewers asking boring mundane questions? That's cool, we don't want to be in that room either!
Our interviews are a conversation, to find out about you as a person and to give you an opportunity to find out about us. After all, you need to make sure we're the right fit for you also!
Our interviews vary from 1:1 in person interviews, small group interviews, large Recruitment Open Days, to video conference interviews.

We have heaps of information online about who we are, what we value, and what we're looking for in our team. A great way to prepare for an interview is to dive in to our website, our social media accounts, and our YouTube clips. It'll give you great insight, and a sneak peak in to what it would be like to be a part of the team.
