They want you to work and not think
Vodafone DCT Technical Lead (Former Employee) - Chatswood NSW - 2 July 2018
This is a tough place to work for and the culture is very long hours for little pay.
Do not expect overtime and if you do not work overtime for free then expect your job security is limited.
Management treat you like a number nothing more.
I would not recommend working for them.
