A typical IT resourcing company. Being a big company, I've expected good benefits from them however it isn't specially for women. They don't provide maternity benefits as they rely on the government benefits which was too low and as a new mother, I can't afford to go on long maternity leave. Not much of yearly increase as well.
Techmahindra is a Company which wont takes care of their employees. There won't be minimum facilities in this company, Like Tea coffee water etc. Pantry will not be maintained cleanly. They wont even distribute a single sweet to employees even on independence day. Such a cheapskate company. they are always behind earning money and robbing clients money but they never ever bother to take care of employees health. they either don,t give bonus nor hike the salary every year . even a high rating person wont get more than 10 % hike. such a stupid company people are working because they don't have any other options at all else people will ran away from such a stupid company like TechMahindra

No Hikes, Infact 0 hikes, 0 bonus, Lack of identifying peoples skills, Lack of Appreciation, No Bonus, No celebrations such a waste company it is to work with a unhealthy unclean environment
Mostly a body shop and very little development activities for employees located overseas. Has an excellent online and offline training programs and modules and is very active with advancing the same. Pus you at a Client's discretion, as they earn the main revenue through putting resources to Clients and earning from this.

managing Infra & FMG requirements for Business Process Operations in African Continent (mainly Zambia, Malawi, Gabon, Congo DRC, Nigeria , Ghana). The role included identification & short listing of property to commercial negotiations and final acquisition of property, selection of vendors / contracting agencies , Space planning & allocation, budgeting & execution, project management and delivery as per agreed timelines. Was also responsible for Asset management, Security & safety of man & material, housekeeping services, Employee Transport, Engineering Services etc.
