Good Company but middle management makes their own process & policies which will indeed make everyone frustrate. TechM is good at private clients where they serve better and earn better. Work Culture is good and excellent learning opportunities and many options to career growth. There are a lot of internal politics where middle management makes use of it and gain... The sad news is that management never set it right and they ignore the associate level complaints or issues.

They want you to work and not think

This is a tough place to work for and the culture is very long hours for little pay. Do not expect overtime and if you do not work overtime for free then expect your job security is limited. Management treat you like a number nothing more. I would not recommend working for them.

Low salary

Salary at this company is below the market level. Management is not good and only the favorites are given all incentives. Poor work culture and does not give salary hikes to existing employees.

Won't recommend. You get salary on time and rest all I can't promise. Work culture sucks, customers sucks and overall company sucks. How can you even work for an organisation like this.

Tech M is a good company providing ample opportunity to their employee & good personal - professional life balance. Only downside I feel with the company is that they are not providing salary as per market standard otherwise in other areas they are doing good like exploring different career path, onsite opportunities etc.
