Good Company but middle management makes their own process & policies which will indeed make everyone frustrate. TechM is good at private clients where they serve better and earn better. Work Culture is good and excellent learning opportunities and many options to career growth. There are a lot of internal politics where middle management makes use of it and gain... The sad news is that management never set it right and they ignore the associate level complaints or issues.

Management are in shambles, Stats are all they focus on, no incentive to do well as they don't offer any bonus or paths for growth they don't pay well.

I would never work for Tech Mahindra again

Call Centre Operator (Former Employee) - Brisbane QLD - 21 June 2022

Upper management was a joke. 2 to 3 days for them to get back to you from messaging and emails. Would not give contact phone number to HR or payroll. After numerous request for them to give HR and payroll my number to contact me they never did. The first interview was a zoom meeting with 3 other people from India and they never showed there faces on the camera. I do not recommend anyone to go for a job there.

They want you to work and not think

This is a tough place to work for and the culture is very long hours for little pay. Do not expect overtime and if you do not work overtime for free then expect your job security is limited. Management treat you like a number nothing more. I would not recommend working for them.

Techmahindra is a Company which wont takes care of their employees. There won't be minimum facilities in this company, Like Tea coffee water etc. Pantry will not be maintained cleanly. They wont even distribute a single sweet to employees even on independence day. Such a cheapskate company. they are always behind earning money and robbing clients money but they never ever bother to take care of employees health. they either don,t give bonus nor hike the salary every year . even a high rating person wont get more than 10 % hike. such a stupid company people are working because they don't have any other options at all else people will ran away from such a stupid company like TechMahindra

Nice Work Environment

Day starts with division of work and different work related issues and ends resolved at end of the day. Learned a lot about Corporate behavior and also enhanced in Technical Fields. Management is helpful and always ready to guide you. Good work environment comes with good co-workers and it is good here. Resolving any incident on time considering the SLA. Resolving any incident again will be the enjoyable part.
