Tech M is a good company providing ample opportunity to their employee & good personal - professional life balance. Only downside I feel with the company is that they are not providing salary as per market standard otherwise in other areas they are doing good like exploring different career path, onsite opportunities etc.
Good working culture
Mostly a body shop and very little development activities for employees located overseas. Has an excellent online and offline training programs and modules and is very active with advancing the same. Pus you at a Client's discretion, as they earn the main revenue through putting resources to Clients and earning from this.

managing Infra & FMG requirements for Business Process Operations in African Continent (mainly Zambia, Malawi, Gabon, Congo DRC, Nigeria , Ghana). The role included identification & short listing of property to commercial negotiations and final acquisition of property, selection of vendors / contracting agencies , Space planning & allocation, budgeting & execution, project management and delivery as per agreed timelines. Was also responsible for Asset management, Security & safety of man & material, housekeeping services, Employee Transport, Engineering Services etc.
Very good place to work. With multi-culture and 100's of project from different part of the world. Lot of project on domain specific and highly satisfied job.
You have to work with 'Can Do' attitude in this organisation. Very dynamic environment with highly motivated and effective work force.

Salary is less, No work life balance
Day starts with division of work and different work related issues and ends resolved at end of the day. Learned a lot about Corporate behavior and also enhanced in Technical Fields. Management is helpful and always ready to guide you. Good work environment comes with good co-workers and it is good here. Resolving any incident on time considering the SLA. Resolving any incident again will be the enjoyable part.
