Wasn't trained up enough
When asked questions some TLs would ask for the question to be typed in writing whilst the customer was waiting.
The senior team were professional.
Over the phone training poor
ridiculous KPIs
ProsFree fruit basket
Conssometimes hard to find milk, mostly the training whilst on call wasn't there
