If you were to leave Techforce Personnel, what would be the reason?

No support , consultants don’t ph you back on site , don’t check that you have correct PPE for site , no follow up or liaising at all to ensure workers are ok . condescending attitude if you contact them with issues
Positions allocated as long as you did not speak up on ie safety concerns , mental concerns due to lack of communication re rosters and ongoing work . consultants have absolutely no idea of integrity , honesty and concern for staff they send to site for less wages
Pay rates, below standard for industry. People doing same job working alone side me getting paid more
