Productive and friendly staff

No shortage of work but always being payed less than the guys you are working with even tho your skill set is higher

Not the best not the worst company I have worked for. No increase in salary in 2 years other than client based retention payments. recently joins up with another company which I don’t feel was an improvement. Used to pay super on all hours , that has now been cut to 38 hrs per week. Overall a good starter company to get into mining.

Always keep in touch and go all out to find you employment ..... it doesn’t matter from what walk of life you appear from they make you feel welcome and give you 100% of themselves , I would recommend them to anyone and I actively do !

Poor culture, lack of communication and support

Don't waste your time. Techforce do not care about their employees, you are just a number. They are only in the game to make money and will use and abuse anyone and everyone to get ahead. Find a reputable recruitment company and sign up with them instead.

Techforce is a company with professional people but still waiting for job from other catering companies which really uncomfortable feeling for a casual people like me waiting for the next task, but I've never been vacant since I work with them

Horrendous experience

I would never would for this company again, all adverts claim excellent work life balance which couldn’t be further from the truth.My whole experience was full of lies and empty promises, a truly horrendous experience that couldn’t end fast enough.

If you are in need for work then they are the go to people, they always need good people and they have plenty of work to go around. Be prepare to work because the work is not easy but if you need the money and willing to do anything then give them a call.

Management have serious problems

Job fine, crew awesome but management a joke. Been on job 14months had 2 calls ever unless complaining from being under paid on numerous occasions! Couldn't even get safety glasses out of them yet my new starters turn up with uniforms and boots! Seriously get us act together

Small, Friendly office and close friendships with staff

I find it so hard to get back into the fifo positions,as I have my verification of my tickets as a rigger,dogman,EWP work at hights, and blue card so how an why can't tecforce get me into a job on a construction site anywhere in W,A as I've worked up at Newman before couple years ago,so why is it so hard for me to get back in to the work force I would love to know why,because I've had my tickets for 20 years now believe or not its true,I find it offensive to why I can't get work off this company, please someone let me know why,lol

Plenty of work usually with this company. Never get bored because you will perform a large range of different duties from civil construction to demolition work. The pay is reasonable
