High pressure sales machine with up and down sides
High pressure. Long hours.Working from home in a sales role since covid really bites. There is a lot of room to be creative about the deals I sell wich is great.Everyone always wants sales to fix problems, some support would be nice sometimes.

fellow workers were awesome, Trainers fantastic, but extremely stressful
we were rushed through training, had no access to important platforms to complete jobs, trainers were absolutely fantastic. needed a month training before we got on the phones!
Business Specialist - Credit Risk Assessment, Credit Management in Exhibition Street, Melbourne

Politically motivated and lacking business acumen
No real depth in relationships nor commitment to optimal outcomes. Significant scope to advance by gaining favour with somewhat remote and field-non-savvy management.
Sales Representative in Balmain NSW
on 18 December 2021
Was good when it lasted. The products kept changing creating confusion and the system were old. However they were bringing in a new system that would be transparent. It was a mix of sales, queries and complaints handling so kept us all on our toes. Shopfront so the foottraffic wasnt predictable.
Sales Consultant in Erina Fair NSW

Crappest Place to work
Worst place to work, would not recommend it . Boss pushes you to pitch times to people who don’t want it and force sell. They don’t want to even help their customers if it doesn’t involve making the store heaps of money. The business manger doesn’t even coach their staff towards reaching goals and more just tells them if they don’t reach it there will be strife and was told I’m a waste of money.
