What is the company culture like at Telstra?

  • In general Telstra was one of the best company to work for however when I moved to QLD found the call center in there controlled by its inhuman (commie style) leaders leaving all Telstra values behind, Sad to say the place was like a cult, was a great to leave fighting for four odd years.

  • Excellent and wish to go back.

  • The company’s values are exceptional. I admire in particular the intense focus on respect and teamwork. From the Leadership Team down the ranks to other specialist groups the understanding is all individuals are members of one team.

  • The company culture at Telstra has shifted significantly under the current CEO. Where once employees felt respected and needed, now many feel like a number, waiting til their heads are on the chopping block, especially under the T22 Strategy.
