Horrible new culture... Job security is bad and hence it is hard to get people motivated to do anything. Culturally the place has become very unstable.

Telstra has given me opportunities to take on challenges during a time of great change. In that time, i have been involved in the company's restructure to beomce more nimble, dynamic and agile. Having worked on over 20 projects during this latest stint, i can say that there is no typical day at work having to adjst to a new team and new objectives whenever one project ended and another started.
Readjusting is always the hardest part of the job but also the most rewarding as being made uncomfortable gave me a chance to grow and learn new things.
