A great place to work with some amazing people
Telstra is a great place to work for anyone who loves customer service, and actually assisting customers to make their lives better through technology. Management can be hit and miss depending on where in the company you work. Some store leaders and Upper management are very 'bonus focused', whereas others place huge importance on customer service. The hardest part of the job is definitely finding the right balance for most customers and the direction the company wants to go. The most enjoyable part of the role was definitely the teams i got to work with. You meet some incredibly dedicated and hard working people in Telstra, and these people just make the whole experience worth it.
Great team atmosphere, great staff benefits
