Una gran empresa contaminada de un clima laboral tóxico.
Sales Specialist (Former Employee) –  Spain21 July 2019

Incompetent and racist management
Employee (Current Employee) –  North Wales, PA20 July 2019
The management is openly racist and prejudice.
They don't keep the promises made on your hiring.
To get promoted, you have to be Jew first or second white.

Very Poor Management and worse HR
Director of Publication, Respiratory (Former Employee) –  Frazer, PA13 July 2019
Publication Supervisors were absolutely horrible and more focused on personal need than team coordination or publication quality. Rapid turnover due to terrible work related experiences.
HR was never interested in helping job situation just filling out paperwork. NEVER helped the employee with job concerns !!!

Warehouse Lead/Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UT3 July 2019
My manager was great in the warehouse. Upper management seemed quit removed which is fine but the decisions they made with the lack of involvement was always puzzling to me. Teva pays well and provides great benefits. I would have stayed if I had room for a promotion but I had hit my sealing.

Granulation dept is the worst position ever in my career in production operator.
Production Operator (Former Employee) –  Fairfield, NJ28 June 2019
Terrible supervisor in the granulation dept. I called it the high blood pressure dept... always pressuring you and rushing you and supervisor always watching you, and working over you. Is none union but management looks the other way. The union representative uses scare tactics to threaten employees. Worst union ever... I started with 13.45 and hour, and had 25 years of experience in the industry, they didn't care. The union and the company, how can you survive with that rate.

fun place to work ,very stressful at times, some of the supervisers were not good at their position except for the last supervisor i had.
Material handler (Former Employee) –  North Wales, PA 1945423 June 2019
no pay increases, very stressful, the managers for the most part were not fair when providing work schedules, too much favoritism. It was a take it or leave it kind of attitude and the only time they will try to get involve was when something got damaged and of course they needed their presence.

Sressful, Depressive, Disorganized and Disrepectiful of what real matters to human health in terms Safety & Efficacy. Like Jesus, give credit to best.
R & D/ Formulation Scientist (Former Employee) –  Northvale, NJ20 June 2019
In the first contract they ran very well in New Jersey, but highly failed this time round with the FDA recalls of the Extended Release high blood pressure medications. A brain is a terriible thing to waste. As a polymer postgraduate scientist, dissolution for the extended release dosage forms is my best hobby and science subject. I could have solved the current problem if they had given me that chance beyond a mere review because my parents are using those drugs which the FDA has recalled. As soon as we started reviewing and giving recommendations to rectify the problem, the contract was suspended even when I was given the highest rating in terms of performance. Then I remembered why Jesus Christ was crucified. How can we lead the world with these traits still intact ? The world should stop running like this. I can write a book, but one word is enough for a wise man.

Production Worker (Current Employee) –  Davie, FL8 June 2019
Horrible company. No thought about patients, focused only on bottom line. Just doing enough to please regulators, don't go the extra mile. Bad business decisions lead to cutting corners to try and get some dollars back.

Management and HR make this a bad place to work!
Process Operator II (Former Employee) –  Davie, FL29 May 2019
It doesn't matter if you are hard working nor pay attention to detail to do a great job. It's all about numbers even if it takes violating SOPs. And if you are not a favorite for the Supervisor, it's not likely you'll see a promotion. HR and Management don't have your back even if they know you're right they'll find a way to disagree with you and make you look like the bad guy. Some Supervisors are untouchable, no matter what they do. I guess being an X-marine means you could do whatever you want and not get fired for it.
