Senior Mechanical Engineer (Current Employee) – Australia – 1 March 2018
- Good Engineering Practice - High respect but not much recognition - Poor Management - Everyone tends to be a leader on their own accord - Difficult to convince management with forward thinking, as they tend to take direction only from Thales France
Production Operator/Painter (Former Employee) – Lithgow NSW – 1 January 2018
Great learning experience. A number of employees have been there a long time and are willing to pass down their skills and knowledge. Great to be part of a company that supplies the Australian Defence Force.

Production Technician (Current Employee) – Rydalmere, NSW – 17 July 2015
A typical day at work would start at 6.30am, with the picking, assembly and testing of products, having a lunch break of half an hour, make some funny jokes, have an interesting conversation with colleagues during the day, and finishing at 3.00pm.
Rigger (Former Employee) – Garden Island, nsw – 25 April 2015
Worked at Garden Island for Thales through labor hire. Good people to work with and very safety focused. Our crew were night shift doing scheduled maintenance on large cruise liners. Taking parts off ship and taking to workshop and putting back on.
Good supervisors, good tools and workshop, 30% loading for nightshift
