Very poor management
Case Manager (Former Employee) - Murrumbidgee - 2 August 2019
Very much a micro management environment.
Staff driven to meet excessive KPIs and stats, that management have no system to monitor.
For a Ngo and charity, they should be embarrassed at treatment of Staff and clients, very much driven by money, as opposed to needs of clients.

Toxic workplace
Child and family practitioner (Former Employee) - Macquarie Park NSW - 16 September 2023
Cannot talk for all the programs but the Child and Family Preservation is very toxic. No equal growth opportunities for everyone and bully staff if you disagree with Management

Awful experience. Terrible management
Child and Family Practitioner (Former Employee) - North Shore NSW - 11 September 2023
Started off good. Management changed however and the team was exposed to intimidation, stress, zero support, workplace politics, terrible leadership, unrealistic timeframes, burnout and no option of overtime pay only TIL. Team was told to “start fresh” by management, without acknowledging staffs feelings and concerns, they did not address the real issue, leading to most of the team leaving. The company needs to have a good look into the staff who are managing teams.
Pros
Lovely team members
Cons
Management.
