It's very nice, all the employee's are nice to each-other and consider themselves friends.

At the start, I used to enjoy going to work, but now I hate it. I've come to realize Rouse Hill Coffee Club is not suitable for young teenagers as the overall experience is horrible. there is no respect shown for the boss, he is rude, impatient, disrespectful, useless with time management, and just overall a rude and disrespectful person. as he shows respect for the customers and comes out with a nice welcoming presence, but when it comes to his employee's the welcoming respectful presence goes down the drain. I hate going to work but as a young teenager, I only continue going into work for the money, until I find a new job.
