Simple, you have a couple of question to answer on line then you get called for one on one interview.
Awkward, they made me stand up in front of the store, interview was standing on the spot so it was even hard to concentrate with people passing by in the mall staring at us.
The first interview will probably have a lot of other people in a group interview like I had to do. It goes for around an hour and they asked three questions.
First was to introduce ourselves to our partner and have the partner introduce us to everyone else, as you do for them.
Second was a scenario. They could ask anything but my group had “a customer wanted to buy a shirt in a size you didn’t have in store, what do you do?” So our group had to brainstorm ideas together and say it aloud in front of everyone else.
Third was we were given an item. Mine was a beach towel, and we had to describe the features and benefits of the towel to everyone else.
It is a pretty easy going interview an they aren’t putting pressure on you and if your shy like me it won’t be too hard as long as you try to involve yourself as much as you can.
Long - group interview and then one or two individual (from what I remember)
The group interviews were very fun and engaging, and the managers do a great job at truly expressing the company's values and epitomise exactly what you should expect working at Supre.
