Stressful environment
Working at an outlet, is one thing. But being slammed with shipment especially during this pandemic is another. Higher up management (not referring to store manager which is awesome) do not listen or show compassion to any in-store workers. They actually try to over work them and do not provide any type of benefits and do not like to pay overtime. They lack efforts into making people stay. I have been with the company for a while now. However, I do not like the way workers are treated and have little compensation. Would not recommend
Pros
great discount
Cons
lack of benefits, over worked, don't like to pay overtime
