Bad salary, decent commissions if you can do tvs and cooking, can generally get to over 90k/y. Pushy on uncontrollable kpis. Great staff price on most products

Administration/Sales (Current Employee) - Dubbo NSW - 11 September 2022
Within the role of administration, there is a lot of stress along with a lot of calm instances. You need to like doing paperwork if you want to do administration. You need to be prepared to help customers, take phone class and deal with the odd cranky customers. But most of the time you'll have neutral and sometimes positive interactions with customers. Its rewarding but also demanding.
Pros
10-15 minute paid lunches after 4hrs work, Understanding management, the befits are rewarding, friendly staff lost of learning opportunities
Cons
Stressful, long hours, cranky customers, a lot of training before you can do anything. easy to mess up.

Shark eat shark

Its become a very competitive shark eat shark company.
No longer feels like a family or team. And the stress levels just arent worth it for the pay.
