Hi, back in August I applied for four Christmas Casual positions for Smiggle, Jay Jays and Dotti. I still have not heard back for any of them. I do understand, however, that applications for Christmas Casuals do not close until the end of October. So my question is, will I hear back after the 31st of October? Because last year I submitted applications for the same jobs and even got interview that were in October. So I'm just wondering whether I'll hearing anything in November. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. :)

You might not because thousands of people apply. The best way to secure a job is to walk in store and talk to the manager. The personal approach will make you stand out and give you more chances of employment
