Toxic work environment, managers are belittling, workers are not valued by superiors
Written by Waitress (Former Employee) from Melbourne VIC on 21 May 2020
During the first months working at pancake parlor I began to understand the toxic nature of the place. Managers belittled staff in front of customers, and there was an evident hierarchy in the workplace. Nothing could be done about the unprofessional and rude managers. I enjoyed the work and most of the staff are extremely friendly and supportive.
