At The Reject Shop, the typical day consisted of assisting customers with their needs, using the register to perform sales tasks, restocking of inventory. I learned how to deal with difficult customers, how to stock items properly, do returns and exchanges. The job was quite easy and never challenging. It was enjoyable because my colleagues were very nice and helpful with everything.
