very stressful , unorganised management , Job insecurity

Working for the ritz Carlton was at times a good experience as you got to meet many wonderful people. However because it is a prestige brand , managers feels the pressure for everything to be perfect hence pass this stress on to the employees. For a high brand place, the management is chaotic
