Poor Money for position.
I worked in the Surveillance Department. Remuneration was poor, especially for the amount of work completed by staff in the department and the responsibilities placed on us.
Certain Duty Managers, were abhorrent to work with. Incompetent managers up the top, made it especially hard to communicate when issues arose, and the HR officer assigned to - more ... oversee the Surveillance and Security teams was atrocious in her behaviour towards staff members.
The only good part about the position was working with the team/s you were placed in. Some teams were a lot better than others. - less
