teams are friendly and great mangers can be overbearing and controlling the work is easy to follow and understand easy interview process and constantly hiring
If you're casual they will abuse you. F&B are treated poorly. Management does not care about your well-being and is all over the place. No structure. They will either give you a lot of shifts or none, not very stable. Each shift is 10 hours for casuals. The environment is very customer is right, even if they were in the wrong, the customer is treated like royalty and you will be publicly shunned but they will blame it on 'the company' when you speak up.
Worked there for 9 years and enjoyed every moment of it. Great progression and team culture. Lot of areas to move to or progression. Diversity is great and training is on the job.
The culture is really nice, everyone from which country will be welcomed. The food is delicious. People who work there are all super nice to each other. You can have a discount on hotels and restaurants there.

Are you prepered to work a rotating roster eg 12hrs shifts. Day shift 7am-7pm.Night shift 7pm-7am. Please be aware The Star does not recognise the above as shift work so penalties do not apply. Are you prepared to work with sewage waste water leaks and open electrical. Alot of the management is not qualified and the place upon employment does not cunduct a phisical or police check.
