I agree with the sentiment, "its a sinking ship". middle management is great to its staff. upper management doesnt care about its employees at all. they only see the bottom line. at the end of the day, "You are just a number to them"

You get 10 sick days a year with 3 sick days without needing to provide a doctor's certificate. sick days accrue every year. if one goes over their sick days, they need to provide a doctor's certificate every time they call in sick until those sick days are covered

It takes a while to get hired. there's a group interview conducted. if you are accepted, your training will last for 2-6 weeks. training is paid at the lowest level for dealers.

Are you prepered to work a rotating roster eg 12hrs shifts. Day shift 7am-7pm.Night shift 7pm-7am.
Please be aware The Star does not recognise the above as shift work so penalties do not apply.
Are you prepared to work with sewage waste water leaks and open electrical.
Alot of the management is not qualified and the place upon employment does not cunduct a phisical or police check. Maybe this is the place for your dream job.
