Company only cares about the gamblers. Work/life balance isn't good unless you are a single person. Management place alot of stress on staff.Alot of customers have bad attitudes and are abusive when they don't win

Great Coworkers and most lower management will have your backs so long as you do the job right. Most guests are usually amicable but there are times when Upper Management really needs to step up their game.

Pays the bills

The work is easy. Unlike most office or corp jobs you do not have to take any of your work home. The job does much require much labour, It is relatively easy on the body but does require some repetitive tasks. Bad for tall people as it requires alot of looking down.

Not bad if you have other commitment

easy job over all, one thing to keep in mind is do not take customer's anger personally. One good thing is you get to work with different people everyday, and some of them might been there for ages but you never seen them around.
