Being treated poorly as a casual staff member. There is a poor work culture where permanent staff do barely any work and leave it up to casuals. Now the casuals have been let go and all the lay permanent staff get to stay, are redeployed or get a redundancy package.

Dreadful I don't feel motivated as there is no team work when it feels so competitive and even the manager brings you down in front of the boss and colleagues with no support or interest in seeing you have career growth.

Not much feedback required when you are left alone to do your job. Plenty of feedback when you supervisor micro manages you and doesn’t know what they are doing.
