Being treated poorly as a casual staff member. There is a poor work culture where permanent staff do barely any work and leave it up to casuals. Now the casuals have been let go and all the lay permanent staff get to stay, are redeployed or get a redundancy package.
The roles were during class weeks and there was few (or none) positions during vacation periods.
