toxic culture of fear management in QLD

Management are scared of developing people for fear of losing their jobs .Terrible culture stuck in the 1990's mentality ,high staff turnover and known in the industry as being blinkered .Micromanagement to the extreme ,arrogant ,uneducated and unwilling to listen or learn to those more experienced .Closest thing to bullying in the work place i have experience with zero accountability and incompetency's defended at a senior level .Worst financier i have been involved with .Management are clueless to culture and try and lead by fear and have no idea how to deal with staff or different personalities .Seniors in QLD are just after people who say YES to whatever management state and if you share an opinion or question the status quo you are on the outer .Promotion is based on "in the click " not performance

Great people & great environment

I really enjoy working at Toyota. It has a great culture, lots of career paths, managers who care & listen. The culture was fantastic, fruit supplied fresh twice a week. Even senior management easily accessible.
