On the surface looks great to work but behind the scenes different story

The work is easy the money for stores is good but that comes from a strong EBA which is constantly being attacked, management and some supervision are morally and ethically corrupt but are fully supported by HR and Senior corporate management so nothing you raise will ever be treated serious unless it could incriminate company, they have a strong culture of empowering those that bully or harrass and they empower those that choose the company agenda and individual agenda over collective harmony and peace

They have fair compensation. The organizational culture has strong commitment to rules and procedures, but it sometimes limits opportunities for creativity.

Not t fun

Car Detailing (Former Employee) - Wonthaggi VIC - 31 August 2023

My boss believed he was allowed to break me, wash,wipe and vacuum car within 10 minutes! Wash cars on the lot even if wet day, no pay rises. I wasn't worth $750 a week even with 3 kids in my house. Not a fun place to work, very low pay!
