The selfless people at Toyota Sales and Marketing based in Caringbah have the right balance of getting the results achieving a healthy work life balance, the rewards and recognition may not be apparent all of the time however, the mindset of not letting your team mates down is always there.

Fast pace work place with strict management

Hierarchal management with fast pace work. Good pay with good work colleagues. More learning opportunities. Roster day off, bonuses on targets. Strict supervision and more control on employees by management to achieve companies targets

Fantastic place to work

Toyota was an amazing place to work, full of wonderful people who made coming to work a pleasure. As a marketer, working for a global brand icon and strong market leader was a great experience and we had good budgets and agencies to be able to deliver some innovative and outstanding work. Good benefits like company/lease cars, as well as discounts for family more than offset salaries that might be slightly lower than some other big companies/industries. A culture that promotes and rotates people from within means lots of opportunity if you stick around (which most people do for a long time). I was there 16 years and would still be there now if my job hadn't relocated to Melbourne.

A good brand

Good brand, below average company culture at Toyota Australia. Terrible leadership with limited vision. Great opportunities squandered by bureaucracy and procrastination, resulting in declining market share.

As a apprentice mechanic pay wasn't the best but you'll learn a lot depending on the dealership. Was great working with your hands but somethings it gets a bit repetitive, Overall great job

Very Challenging, I learned a lot from this company

A very nice environment to gain experiences with a great team and management. For the almost three years, I have learned a lot from this company, I started with two Positions, Service Advisor and Body Repair Estimator, where-in I had to personally assist customers from Express maintenance (PMS), Body Repair (BP), General Job (GJ). With all different concerns, requests, I managed to handle them and satisfy their needs as customers. I never get tired of my work specially if the appreciation I get from the customers.
