Excellent company to work for.

A vast multicultural company to work for. Great work mates and a fantastic team. We maintained the entire Vehicle Assembly building. I enjoyed the work hours as it suited my personal life style. The hardest part of the job was the pressure to get the production line moving ASAP under pressure & having to make on the spot decisions. The most enjoyable parts of the job were A/ The personal satisfaction I got performing my duties & B/ The friends I made over my 28 year journey.

Pros

Life time discount

Cons

working under extreme pressure

not a nice place to work

shop floor management is very badly managed, too fast paced for normal human beings, you will have your body joints age faster than you overall do actually, very low pay for the hard work

Exceptionally pleasant work enviroment, and experience

Over the years with the Company, i actually looked forward to going to work, Atmosphere was dynamic and happy. My co-workers were content and pleasant. The Managers interacted with workers, exchanged pleasantries, which in turn made me perform better. Having the variety of positions, I really cant say that there was anything hard about the job, the rewards were outstanding, hours were available. Knowing where I was going, made it so easy to enjoy.
