each process has equall length time of processing ,the hard part was when ypure tired and feeling sleepy,coz that was the time that ypure getting behindmthen u try to catch and more miising or damage parts you gonna make then later you can start hear a pager calling ur team leader for no good q1ualitys or missing bits and pieces which was a part of your job..

Worked on the production line.. - wasn't flexible with what stations you wanted to be put on. -Pay was ok. -Team leaders/managers were not friendly -overall not a fun experience at all

The company give us all the proper training. Give us training on Quality circle ( Leadership training), about Safety, Risk assessment. Management is supportive of the employee needs. Respect for people.

I enjoy working extra hours as overtime and even during the weekend. I find the job very interesting, but the company is closing down in 8 months which is undesirable.
