Made to fit right in straight away, the management promote a good organised culture and appreciate their employees. Well laid out offices anything we needed we received (within reason). Good work/life balance as everyone took part in the rostering decisions.

Bad Management - Outdated workplace culture.

The overall workplace culture - from management to all levels of the organisation - is VERY profit driven, resulting in targets and reports that must be made to measure irrelevant variables- for example over booking to service workshop to receive a bonus, which causes vehicle technicians to struggle and not get things out in time, making for unhappy customers.

Never a dull day at work

I love working in a caring company who look after there staff and wellbeing. They have the ability to up skill you if need be and give you further training. The management team are so supportive and always checking to see if you are handling or need further assistance.

Fantastic place to work.

Pay is below average but the benefits are great and they make a genuine effort to create a good environment for work. Many people have been there for a long time which is both good and bad. Overall I genuinely like being here.
