Good Place to work. The company gives us opportunity to learn different jobs, good communication with leaders and team members, safety is number one, team work, respect each other, quality.
The challenges
One of the biggest challenge in Toyota was when the company speed up the line and didn't increase the team members.

It is the people that make the difference
Account service manager (Former Employee) - Sydney NSW - 30 May 2017
It is the people at Toyota that make the difference, not the budget. The selfless people at Toyota Sales and Marketing based in Caringbah have the right balance of getting the results achieving a healthy work life balance, the rewards and recognition may not be apparent all of the time however, the mindset of not letting your team mates down is always there.
